By using Pomewell, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
The app
Pomewell is a digital notebook for personal note-taking, sketching, and organizing pages. It can be used fully offline and locally, or with an account for sync across devices.
Your account
Signing in is done via Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure — anyone who can sign in to it can access your notebooks.
Your content
You own everything you create in Pomewell. We don't claim any rights over your notes, drawings, or other content, and we don't access it for any purpose beyond making the app and sync work.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pomewell to store or distribute illegal content, attempt to break or abuse the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Service availability
Pomewell is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Back up anything irreplaceable.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Hesabın
Giriş, Google üzerinden yapılır. O Google hesabına erişimi güvende tutmak senin sorumluluğundadır — o hesaba giriş yapabilen herkes not defterlerine erişebilir.
İçeriğin
Pomewell'de oluşturduğun her şeyin sahibi sensin. Notların, çizimlerin veya diğer içeriklerin üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmiyoruz ve uygulamayı/senkronizasyonu çalıştırmak dışında bir amaçla onlara erişmiyoruz.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Pomewell'i yasa dışı içerik saklamak veya dağıtmak, servisi kırmaya/kötüye kullanmaya çalışmak veya diğer kullanıcılara müdahale etmek için kullanma. Bu kurallara uymayan hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
Servisin durumu
Pomewell ücretsiz olarak, "olduğu gibi" ve herhangi bir garanti verilmeden sağlanır. Yüksek erişilebilirlik hedefliyoruz ama servisin her zaman kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yerini doldurulamayacak şeyleri ayrıca yedekle.
Değişiklikler
Bu şartları veya uygulamayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bir değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
